Central location close to Carmel market. Based just next door to the sea and a parking lot as well as beach, Jaffa, NeveTzedek, shuk, Nachalat Binyamin, train station. Brand-new unit with free Wi-Fi, an in-room safe, fridge.
Really small bathroom.

This property is in an exceptionally nice location, not far from many bus lines as well as beach and streets with bars and restaurants. The units are airy, large. The bed is comfy, the bathroom is spotless...

The venue was clean and the staff were wonderful, located in a central spot right in front of a cafe.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to many bus lines, which are useful to quickly reach destinations like, for instance, the Old City of Jaffa, and the HaShalom railway station and the local Carmel market and seaside and city center. Had some takeout meals at Etzel Zion, set close to the venue, I couldn't resist.

The room was clean and perfect. the bed was exceptionally comfortable. We received nice services. the hotel's staff were lovely and good all the time. Rewritten: the room was spotless and ideal, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We were impressed by the excellent services provided. Additionally, the hotel's staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. the location was fantastic, just a short walk away from the Old Cemetery.

Location. It was safe. I left my laptop and was a bit apprehensive about its safety, but it was there when I returned.
Except for location and the staff, there isn't much to like about this hotel. The lease runs out in a year or so, therefore all maintenance work has stopped. There are pests, broken bathroom door, etc. We were a bunch of men who just wanted a place to crash for the night. Even that was a bit of a problem, since this is on a major street and there is a lot of road noise. I used ear plugs! It's cheaper than the hotels in the area, but still the price seemed too high for what you get.

Clean and modern room with a view of the back alley, and a tasty breakfast with a variety of cheese options. Rephrased: the room here was clean and modern, with a nice view of the back alley, and breakfast was delicious with a good selection of cheeses.

I stayed only one night and it was adequate for my travels. I would not stay there again. The sheets and towels were fresh and clean but the hotel itself is rather grubby.
It needed to be spruced up!
